Do I need to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) before I book an online class?
Before booking an online class for the first time, you first need to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ).
To complete your PARQ, simply click 'Log In' on the top right hand side of the home page and either set up an account (2mins) or log in.
Click the person icon in the top right hand corner to reveal a drop down and click 'My PARQ. Fill out the form and press 'Submit'
The completed form will be sent to the CBFit team for review and you will be contacted by the team if required.
How do I access my booked classes?
You access your class via the members section, located in the top right hand corner of the home page. Once you've logged in to your account, you will see a list of your booked classes.
Can pay-as-you-go participants access the recorded session if they miss the class?
If you miss the class as a pay-as-you-go customer, you can't access the video library. Only participants that have paid for a block of classes or monthly membership can access the video library.
Where is the members section on the website?
It's in the top righthand side of the home page. Click the icon and log in to your account or you can set one up
