Service Description

A full body workout focusing on quality over quantity. Sessions are designed around those that don't have the space, aren't able to, or just don't feel comfortable doing high impact exercises (e.g jumping). Low impact doesn't have to mean low intensity, with this time based, rather than reps based workout.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a class up to 24 hours before the start of your session. You can reschedule a class up to 6 hours before the start of your session. Failure to comply with the booking policy will result in you being charged for the class.
